The shawl is made with alpaca wool, coloured purple and grey with shellac and harada. It is soft and has a sheen characteristic of alpaca wool.
There may be small variations in size as it is made on a handloom. There may also be some inconsistencies in weaving and dyeing, which add to the character of the shawl. The length of the shawl is about 90 inches (229 cms), and the width is 36 inches (91 cms).
We will ship the shawl by Speed Post within 3 working days of receiving the order.

We make very soft woolen stoles for women using a blend of pure merino and Himalayan wool. The stoles are coloured with natural dyes such as madder, indigo, harada and tesu flowers in the Himalayas. The dyed yarn is hand-woven on traditional looms into a beautiful wool stole in villages in the foothills of the Himalayas. Our wool stoles provide a combination of warmth and elegance.
We make two sizes of stoles. The standard size is approximately 86 inches (218 cm) long and 24 inches (61 cm) wide. The smaller stoles are 80 inches (203 cm) long and 20 inches (51 cm) wide. Both have about 3-inch-long tassels.
