The scarf is handwoven with pashmina from nomads in Ladakh. The Pashmina was first hand-spun on a spinning wheel and then hand-dyed grey and beige with natural dyes, harada and tea.
The scarf is heavier than the usual pashmina scarf made with mill-spun yarn. As it is made on a handloom, there may be small variations in size. There may also be some inconsistencies in weaving and dyeing, which add to the scarf's character. The length is about 78 inches (198 cm), and the width is 12 inches (30 cms).
We will ship the scarf by Speed Post within 3 working days of receiving the order. Enjoy!
