A pashmina shawl made with pashmina sourced by us directly from a cooperative of nomads in Ladakh. The pashmina was first hand-spun by women in Rajpur on a charkha (spinning wheel) and then dyed with natural dyes, harada and tesu flowers. The shawl is very soft and warm, and heavier than usual pashmina shawls made with mill yarn.
There may be small variations in size as it is made on a handloom. There may also be some inconsistencies in weaving and dyeing, which add to the character of the shawl. The length is approximately 87 inches (221 cm), and the width is 36 inches (91 cm).
We will ship the shawl by Speed Post within 3 working days of receiving the order. Enjoy!
